ARTWORK

Excel London is not responsible for errors in the artwork, incorrect spelling, or text as well as colour scheme once artwork has been approved by the Client. Excel London reserves the right to refuse artwork if the subject matter or imagery is deemed to be offensive. All artwork specifications: Can be found within the Media Pack, but for further details your Media Ops professional will be on hand to assist. Naming Conventions: It is important to ensure that the Client uses the correct name, as per the Media Pack, for each site for the Supplier to produce the work. Artwork Submission: Via WeTransfer / One Drive / Drop Box / Email.

PRINT

Printed artwork is required on or before the deadlines set by your Media Ops expert( at least 28 days prior to event live date). Print files must be submitted as. PDF files, with any images embedded & all text outlined. Rush Fees: will be applied at 30 % of rate card cost for any artwork supplied after the deadlines unless otherwise agreed by your Media Sales Manager. Prices shown include tenancy of media site, production and installation. All prices exclude VAT. Bespoke print must be discussed with your Media Ops Manager who will confirm availability and Media Sales Manager, who will be able to provide costs. Media items will not be produced until Excel London are in receipt of a signed Service Order form( via DocuSign). Media Ops will send artwork proof which must be confirmed / accepted / agreed upon by the client in writing before production. Print Sites: Print sites will be installed by event live date( unless otherwise agreed upon by Media Ops Manager) Additional charges may be applicable for earlier installations. Excel London is responsible for ALL PRINT within the public spaces of venue and external areas of the building as well as anything attached to the fabric of the building. All freestanding or printed artwork( e. g. banners, vinyl, tension frames) must therefore be produced by Excel and their in-house suppliers. The Client may use their own provider within their tenancy space ONLY( speak to Media Ops Manager for clarity on tenancy space and restrictions).
Excel will not be held responsible for any additional costs that are incurred due to the resubmission of artwork files. The client will be charged the standard rate card fees for any items placed or used or installed within the venue or surrounding areas that do not meet the requirements of their tenancy space. Any damage to the fabric of the building or surrounding areas as a result of unapproved installation will be the sole responsibility of the client and they agree to pay any costs associated with the repairs.

DIGITAL

Digital artwork is required on or before the deadlines set by your Meda Ops expert( at least 14 days prior to event live date). Digital files must be submitted as. MP4 for video, and. JPG /. PNG for images. URL / Streaming is subject to agreement from Digital Signage Manager. Maximum file size is 180mb for digital artwork. Prices shown include tenancy of digital site, production and scheduling. All prices exclude VAT. Digital items will not be scheduled until Excel London is in receipt of a signed Service Order form( via DocuSign). Rush Fees: will be applied at 30 % of rate card cost for any artwork supplied after the deadlines unless otherwise agreed by your Media Sales Manager or Digital Signage Manager. Any digital scheduling which is requested after 5pm from the point of tenancy will be actioned at 9am the following business day( unless otherwise agreed, whereby an additional 30 % charge will be applied). Bespoke digital scheduling will be subject to additional charges depending on the complexity of the request unless otherwise agreed upon by your Digital Signage Manager. URL / Streaming subject to agreement from Digital Signage Manager. Additional Fee for reworked artwork( case by case basis). Proof of Play Reports: If required, this must be made known to your Media Ops expert at the point of booking. Reports will be available 2 weeks after last day of booking. Digital Campaigns: Digital bookings will commence from 2pm onwards on day before the live event( unless otherwise agreed upon by your Digital Signage Manager) – An additional 50 % of the fee will apply for additional full day of activation on all digital( subject to availability). Event Wayfinding Signage: Wayfinding for your event will appear on our digital inventory 4pm on the day before your live date. Dedicated Venue Wayfinding will be shown as standard across the venue screens.

PAYMENT

Payment for Media orders is required no later than 30 days from the invoice date of issue. Failure to make payment( unless otherwise agreed by Excel London in writing) will result in additional charges being applied.
